This is a safe rafting tour which is great for people that want to experience a tropical river without driving too far. The starting point is only a 30 minute ride from Quepos and Manuel Antonio. The Upper Naranjo "Chorro" section is a beautiful mini canyon and is great a great option for dry season rafting (Dec. 15th - May 15th). The rapids are class 3 and 3+ and are perfect for the entire family. Not only will you raft past jungle waterfalls, there are places in the canyon where you can float just with your life vest in the calm waters. There is also a opportunity for some cliff jumping from 5, 10 and 15 feet is you so desire. At the end of the tour you will be served a fruit snack of pineapple, fruit juice, water and cookies. The drive back is only 20 minutes.
